In desperation to find a comfortable bike saddle I ordered this one. I had tried the bigger more plush Cloud9 cruiser seats and they were too big and bulky for me. I didn't expect to like this seat but I was pleasantly surprised when I sat on it the first time how comfortable it was from the beginning. No break in period required. The material is a little slick for my taste but the shiny part where your sit bones reside is actually pretty slip resistant so there is no worry of sliding around on the seat. It's a bit heavy but not nearly as much as the bigger fatter Cloud9 seats. My only concern with it is how long it will last but for the price I guess it's no big deal to just buy a new one.***Edit/Update: I still think this is a very comfortable saddle but I had to return it because it folds over on the edges and rubs/pinches my inner thighs, even with padded shorts. I will probably order the medium or small one and give them a try at a later time. I'm keeping it a 5 star review because I think this is an issue of being too large for my body and not necessarily a fault of the saddle. Someone larger than me might not have this issue.

Okay. So I put this on my gravel bike and it made a HUGE difference. Bike saddles are one place where I have decided the “experts” just don’t understand normal humans. I will go on a 50 mile bike ride, but I am no athlete, and I don’t have the strength to hold myself up off of road bike saddles. I also don’t ride nearly enough to eventually break-in some expensive leather saddle, etc. I’m female, and my sitbones were killing me after rides. Instead of buying some $100 saddle at the bike shop I ordered this, and have had zero regrets. It’s not super small and sleek, but it’s not terrible looking on the bike. And honestly I don’t care. It’s made so that it’s sturdy, except it has super squishy spots specifically where your sit bones hit. For longer rides I still use padded shorts as well (which I recommend), but this saddle is so good I could probably go without the shorts for most average day rides. Highly recommended!

Seat was easy to install and is very comfortable. I have tried 2-3 seats and this is the most comfortable. I am able to ride 50 miles a day in comfort.

After trying several saddles on my road bike I chose the Cloud-9 Kush Plus Comfort (160mm) and I’m glad I did! I’m 6’2”, 215 lbs and ride a 155mm saddle. As I’ve gotten older I don’t ride for hours at a time. I primarily ride with my young son and for exercise. I enjoy riding in normal clothes without a chamois. Just hop on and go. I'm writing this review because I don't see anyone else address this particular anatomical issue.After hours of research and selecting this saddle it did not work for me.There are 2 kinds of crotches. The inverted V, and the inverted W (aka Rose for women) I don't know what it would be called for men.This saddle supports the seat bones well, but it causes friction burns on a W. And yes the seat was leveled exactly. For those with the inverted W (rose) design, a cutout is necessary. I do not recommend Terry either because they use stiff stitching all around their cutout, so you can only imagine what that will do to you.I was very sorry to have to return this product because it is well made with a nice design and is most likely a great saddle for many. But nobody ever discusses or advises on this anatomical difference so there is just no way to figure it out except by trial and error. I hope this helps people make a better choice. I don't know of a saddle that supports the seat bones well and has a nice cutout; but will certainly keep looking.

I ride 6-7hrs on a daily basis with an ebike. Feels like i am sitting on a pillow. No butt pain at all!
