This cleanse is awesome and it works. I am no clean eater but my chiropractor convinced me to try this. This is currently my 4th time using this detox program. I've used this as the recommended 15 day detox and to assist in transitioning to a healtheir diet (over a longer period of 28 days). The first 5-7 days can be rough if you eat like I do? You may experience carbs, fast food, caffeine, and junk food withdrawals. But if you can withstand the minor gas (really nothing overbloated or uncomfortable) and eat only chicken/broccoli/carrots for the first 5 day's meals while snacking on nuts, water, and meats (lightly), you'll be impressed. By day 3 and 4, I found a big energy boost where I couldn't sleep more than 6 hours a night. I was tired following those two days but my energy was sky high. Besides the carb withdrawals, I was feeling great!! Day 5, soft serve poop lets you know the detox has gotten you into a good place. Sleeping like a baby too! After the first week, just push through the last week and start a clean slate of dieting or go back to what you were eating. I'm thinking twice a year would help the average eater, like me. I love pizza, corndogs, and chicken wings. This detox is the best. You'll feel better and your body will thank you for it. One last thing I will mention: I open the capsules directly into my shakes with a banana, blueberries, 15 ice cubes, and 8oz of water. I don't like pills or their casings. Yes, the shake now tastes like a protein shake with dirt. Lol But.....I think it helps detox from the mouth all the way through and the taste is nasty enough to hinder food cravings (for real!!). After those first few days, the dirt taste becomes a cleansing sensation, like charcoal extracting toxins. I always look forward to the next shake's sensation (and energy) rather than my normal life of carb cravings. Try this and follow through for the duration of 2 short weeks. You won't regret it!

This was a really great reset- it was rough for a few days due to cutting caffeine but gosh it was worth it! I felt not great for 3 days- and then by day 5 I really turned a corner.I didn’t lose any weight but that is not the point of this. I track my macros and maintained same protein and calories as usual but subbed food for the shakes 2 times each day. I found my clarity and energy so level - no big dips. My stomach feels better and I am not snacking or consuming any added sugars.This will be an annual cleanse or maybe even every 6 months as I liked it so much.

Ive taken this twice and it definitely works. I’m down 8lbs, sleeping better, more energy, less bloating. Keep in mind that the shakes have a lot of fiber. My naturopathic doc had me start 3-5 days with 1/3 of the packet, twice a day. Then if feeling ok, up to 1/2 packet twice a day for 3-5 days. Then up to 3/4 and so forth. This gives your body a chance to get used to the fiber. It ended up being 3 weeks long for me but I don’t mind. My insulin levels are down and last time this helped to kick start my metabolism. Follow the diet and you’ll see results!

If you have ever done a reset, this is the one to do! I first used this at the advice of my functional med Dr. It is the way to start out the new year and detox! Would highly recommend!

I’ve done several other cleanses over the years, but this one is incredible. I knew my metabolism was stuck, but holy cow…I’ve lost seven pounds in five days, and my belly pooch and muffin top are gone, much to my relief. I guess things just weren’t moving. I’m sixty-one years old, and I was hoping it wasn’t just my “older” metabolism, and I was going to be stuck with this extra layer. I started at 133 lbs, and I weighed in at 126.8 this morning. Wahoo!!!!!
