My mom passed two years ago, and I just love this pic of her from back in the day. Every time I look it, it makes me happy! Had them add the 20” chain. Please keep in mind that it’s thin and small, (it’s not like a chunky heart) but I literally ordered it yesterday and it arrived today!!!!! You can’t ask for better service!!!! Would order another one in a heartbeat!❤️❤️❤️❤️(Ps - the other necklace is rose gold and 16”)

I ordered three separate photo charms, the first three came and I was disappointed by position and background shade (too dark). I contacted the seller who IMMEDIATELY reassured me she would fix the issues and send three new charms. They are PERFECT! AWESOME seller, fantastic customer service, excellent product! HIGHLY recommend!

This is the most beautiful photo necklace I have ever seen! It's dainty, the photo is perfect & it was delivered the next day! I bought the sterling silver. Very much worth every penny, definitely highly recommend.

I ordered this pendant with a photo of my fiancee who recently passed away suddenly. As a piece of him to wear with me all the time.First I ordered my product sometime in the evening about 5 or 6pm and was shocked to see the delivery being next day. And so said so done there the package was the next day, less than 24 hours after I ordered it. A customizable item being sent next day is unheard of. But when i opened the box I saw why.The pendant felt cheap. They said this item is on 14k gold and I have to question that. It felt extremely light. The photo that was chosen wasn't touched to lighten the photo so that I was able to see his face. The chain that was sent with it was light and flimsy and would probably break if it snagged on something.I opted for engraving on the back. The back of the pendant had all these grooves in it, which is weird for a piece of gold which should be smooth.This product was not what I thought of when I chose to memorialize, the love of my life. If I could I would return it and get my money back and I would spent my money elsewhere. For something that cost me over $300, I shouldn't be disappointed with it.

The picture in the first charm we ordered was too dark. No fault of the seller. I think it was just from sizing the picture smaller to fit. We called them and they were very helpful and very willing to help fix the problem. They made it right..sent a new one very quickly and it looks great! Would recommend them

Everything was great ordering this photo charm. Just be aware. I centered the picture just right but when I received it part of picture was cut off, not my fault. They replaced right away BUT you have to call the company. NONREFUNDABLE. I'm not chancing ordering again because this was a 90 Birthday gift and the person received it late.

This was a gift for my daughter, and she was more than happy with her gift , the picture was detailed and defined , the only reason that I didnt give it a 5 star rating is because the necklace it's too big and bulky otherwise is an amazing purchase. I definitely recommend this product.
