After doing research on super foods, cacao was impressive. I love chocolate, so the taste was a given. It mixes smoothly and easily. My sleep has improved tremendously, which was a big problem. I see an improvement in blood pressure also. I replaced my morning coffee with hot cacao. It's a little more labor intensive, but worth it. This may be TMI, but my bowel movements don't smell so strong. Almost odorless. I will continue to use this product, and recommend it to anyone .
