My hair is fragile and thin, it usually tends to break off after any kind of hair coloring. I have used many other peroxides that damage my hair further or caused severe dryness, however using Clairol has definitely helped. It is gentle, gives a great lift and lasts a long time. The cream is the best compared to the liquid which is a little harsher.

Came in two, unsealed bottles. One had leaked everywhere. I would not risk putting that substance on my head as it could have been anything.
