I'm normally hesitant to buy light dressings because they tend to just remove the oils and replace them with hydrogenated corn syrup. Personally I'd rather have some olive oil than more corn syrup in my diet. But this one doesn't do that, it's surprisingly low in carbs and actually has some real oil in it while still keeping the calorie count low. It's not sacrificing flavor either because this works great as a simple salad dressing but even more so as a marinade for chicken. I'd buy it by the case just for that, marinating boneless skinless chicken breasts in this for a day before baking or grilling and they come out tasting great!

This is a good dressing and adds flavor to my spinach salads. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because I thought it could be a bit tangier. Overall it's very good and I will buy it again.
