I found that it helped me with digestion, helped things move a bit more frequently. I hate pills but these aren’t hard to swallow. Would 100% purchase again. Great value for money too.

This really helps me with my painful cramps and I actually believe it helped me get over my cycle a bit faster, the texture of the capsule is paper thin and very easy to swallow , I’d recommend this to any woman who suffers from terrible painful cycles , these little pills have been very helpful.

I have been taking this probiotic for quite some time now and I really love it. I have no intestinal issues and feel better. I think it's hard to judge how it works, but since I attribute having no stomach issues I give this probiotic the credit.
