Product is fine, but the packaging is ridiculous. It shows that you should open by using a scissors. This was extremely difficult, nearly impossible. I don't understand why everything is packaged like it contains the crown jewels.

Classic Philips Sonicare, work exactly how they’re supposed to. Compatible with different models (I’ve used them with handle bases 4100-6100). Use can be extended quite a bit longer than the recommended 3 months, and they still clean just as well, but a fresh brush head always feels amazing. Great value for price.

Works as advertised
I did find that this brush head achieved a better clean than regular Philips brushes. The inner green part is a lot of bristles stuck together other than spread out which seems to really give you more of a clean. They work really well and are easy to install just like regular replacement heads. I bought these because I don't really mind which brush heads I get when I look for a good deal these were a deal at one point so if they are when you're looking at them you should consider them.
