It's durable, sturdy, and easy to grip. Love the handle and how comfortable it is to work with. I'm using it for cakes, cookies, and bearing eggs. Haven't tried it with my pizza dough, yet, but I bet it will hold up. Size is perfect, too. Quality is spot on, too. Very easy to clean, too. Definitely my "go to" now!

I originally tried a couple of cheaper whisks, but they fell apart within months. This one, though, is sturdy, well-made, and feels like it’s going to last a long time.The design is perfect for mixing my starter—it incorporates everything smoothly without overworking the dough. The handle is comfortable to hold, and the flat shape makes it easy to scrape the sides of the jar or bowl. Plus, it’s easy to clean, which is always a bonus when dealing with sticky sourdough.If you're into baking, especially sourdough, I highly recommend this whisk. It’s far better than the flimsy ones I tried before, and I can already tell it’s going to hold up for the long run. Definitely worth it!
