It seems to mix well and has little to no flavor. It helps keep him full until lunch time at work. Less expensive than other options!

NEUTRAL TASTE no smell of coconut, can be mixed into a chocolate smoothy or other drinks or taken by spoon fulls to measure it out. MCT OIL with sharp reductions in sugar consumption (and fructose or HFCS) has been studied at levels of several grams a day to slow or maybe even reverse some Dementia or Alzheimer's, it is controversal science and may horn in on expensive medicines market worth a try, you decide if it delays or reverses 'type3' diabetic issues with the brain. ELIMINATING other inflammatory factors like sausage and other sad diet choices that may cause inflammation all over the body is another choice people don't want to make most of the time. IF going vegan gains 25 years on average with your WITS about you it may be worth that you think ? You decide. Quit eating dendrites maybe your immunity will quit attacking your own???

I used this in my LEVO C and it worked great. As good if not better than the LEVO MCT oil, buy much less expensive. Will definitely buy again.

Same quality coconut oil with better price. It’s absolutely tasteless and odorless, so perfect for mixing into food. Container makes less mess than some others, but I haven’t figured out the perfect dispensing solution yet.

What I like about this oil is that it has C12 lauric acid in addition to the C8 and C10. Although that causes the oil to harden when cold, that is fine with me as it turns to oil quickly under heat. I did’nt notice any flavor in my coffee. I always add coconut oil or MCT oil to my coffee in the morning. What I don’t like about this product is that it is not cold expressed which means I think that heat has been used to extract the oil from the coconut. The other thing I don’t like about this oil is that it is in a plastic bottle although the price is very reasonable, I am not sure I will continue to purchase this. I really do want or an organic cold pressed product bottled in either metal or glass.
