I was not happy. Someone mentioned trying carob. No itβs not quite the same as chocolate. More earthy flavor. But it helped stabilize my cravings. Now I can eat chocolate again after 5 months. But can alternate with carob.My order consisted of Missy J,s carob peanut butter cups and the 3 pack of carob bars. Happily surprised that the carob cups were pretty creamy. And the bars were too. Not dry and chalky.I live in TX and was taking a chance that they might melt but they packaged the items very well. It is more costly than chocolate, not sure why, but if you are looking for a substitute this might work for you.

I am extremely sensitive to cocoa powder and chocolates and I've been craving a Reese. This isn't exactly flavored like a Reese but more like a Buck-eye. It had a deep fudgy chocolate flavor but without the pain that cocoa gives me! The cups WILL melt at slightly warmer than room temp, but I'll leave them in the fridge whenever I'm ready to eat them. Super yummy!!

There 2 items in this delivery and Bolo will only let me respond to the other item. So, I thought I would complain to you and let you complain to Bolo. The peanut butter carob cup was melted when it arrived. It was only on my porch for five minutes and itβs not hot enough to melt anything right now. It had to have happened in the truck, the Bolo truck. The carob cup taste very good and I give it five stars except for itβs a melted mess.

Taste is great! I was pleasantly surprised. Iβve seen mixed reviews. Stopped eating chocolate due to GERD and was looking for alternative. I have found it! Shipping was terrible!!! Heat wave and it wasnβt packaged in anything to keep from melting. Disappointed with that.Was supposed to look like a Reesie cup, but it was a melted blob I had to stick in the frig. Still tasted great! Improve the shipping!

Missy J's carob peanut butter cups are very great. :-) They have an excellent indulgent taste to them. They taste very similar to regular chocolate peanut butter cups, which is an excellent substitute for the chocolate cups. But these are better than chocolate cups. Unlike, chocolate, carob has no caffeine. This is great for people who take medication for dealing with bipolar disorder. Also the cups are gluten free. I would like to buy them again. Keep up the good work, Missy J's.
