It’s always a nice sandwich type cookie. Outer chocolate “bread slices” are hard but do soften once wet (I suggest using Milk) the filling is sweet but not too sweet and is very yummy! The size of the cookies are perfect and smell nicely when first opened the freshness of the cookies is important!
