I have repurchased it several times, it is often hard to find in local stores. I was a little apprehensive with the color being “light pink”. I have olive toned skin and didn’t know if it would make my skin look a weird color. It does not. The pink is very faint, to me it’s almost undetectable. It leaves just the right amount of glow and I feel like it brightens my skin nicely. The powder is very fine and glides on smooth like silk. It is pretty long lasting. I do get a little bit of shine on my forehead after 8-9 hours of wear, but to me that is quite a long time of wear without touching it up. I am 50+ and do not notice the powder settling into my fine lines throughout the day either which has been a challenge with other powders I have tried.

Finally tried this Elf powder and prefer it over the high end one from Charlotte Tilbury. I had read so many reviews that the Tilbury translucent powder was the absolute best. But it was expensive for a tiny little jar. No powder expert here, but it seemed OK and didn't add much color. However, the high reviews for this Elf powder are indeed warranted. I think it is as finely milled as those high end, much higher priced products. Additionally for a pink-skinned sort of person I find the very, very subtle pinkish hue more flattering than those supposed translucent powders that actually have a yellowish tint to them. Now if you are warm toned v. cool toned I don't know if that would be an issue but the color seems universal to me. Additionally, the pinkish tone should have a more blurring effect which should be better for "mature" aka older folks who are worth their wrinkles. I'm not into glamour makeup and wouldn't know how to begin. Just looking to hide some of those well deserved wrinkles. Sun block was unheard of in the 60s. Nope, you added iodine to baby oil to "improve" your tan cause only the rich could afford to acquire tans. I even competed with a cousin on who could get darker at the beach! Crazy stupid but what did we know then? I think this powder looks more "natural" when a very slightly damp blender sponge is tapped over the powdered area. Now if one had a very soft, big fluffy brush maybe that would not be needed. But I try to keep my tools to the just a few brushes. Heck, I can't keep track of all the "necessary" brushes and what brush is used for what product or process. Learning thanks to Youtube so I don't look awful or clownish. This powder is highly recommended even to set your concealer or color corrector. Yes, I'm learning the lingo.

This adds such a beautiful glow to your skin. It is such a light powder and does not feel too heavy on your skin. I wish it absorbed oils a little longer because my face was more shiny a few hours after applying but overall, this product is awesome and I 100% will be purchasing again!

Love this setting powder by Elf. I have tried several more expensive setting powders and sprays and this one by far is my favorite. It just sets the tone for your makeup.

Used the powder once and it's perfect for warm brown skin tones. Helps set the concealer for long lasting wear and a light loose texture. Not too grainy, barely felt it.

This product is okay. Nothing impressive. It did not work well with my foundation, shows pores and orange streaks on the face. It does not set as well as I anticipated but it is good price. The container is definitely on the low end.

Avendo la pelle mista, ho sempre utilizzato polveri con finitura opaca. Tuttavia, volevo provare qualche polvere illuminante, quindi eccola qui. E sono super soddisfatto. La polvere ha un ottimo packaging. Ha un tappo rimovibile che rivela e copre i fori. Questa è una cosa fantastica, perché la polvere esce solo quando lo vogliamo. La confezione stessa è molto minimalista e ordinata. La polvere è finemente macinata e morbida. Ho il colore più chiaro Light e per me è così trasparente. Ne applico molto come prodotto da forno sotto gli occhi e lo uso anche per spolverare le guance. Utilizzo quantità minime sulla zona T. Inoltre, applico una cipria opaca sulla zona T. La polvere non si agglutina e non è secca. Sembra morbido e sano sulla pelle. Non cambia il colore della pelle né la sbianca. Dona un bellissimo effetto di pelle illuminata, riflettendo delicatamente la luce. Allo stesso tempo, non contiene particelle, quindi sembra molto estetico ed elegante, non appiccicoso.
