This snake lure looks and works awesome. The action is amazing and it really performs like a real snake. I have used it a few times so far and the pictures speak for themselves. Seems well made with razor sharp treble hooks. Would definitely purchase again in different colors. Like most top water baits conditions have to be right and if there is fish around they will strike this bait.

This is a fishing lure with very realistic movement when reeled slowly on the surface. It has two line attachment points. The upper point will allow the lure to dive below the surface, while the lower attachment keeps it on the surface. I haven’t tried it in the diving mode, mostly because I thoroughly enjoy the strikes I get from topwater fishing. The first day I used it, I caught 3 largemouth bass within a half dozen casts and each one was bigger than the last, ending with a 3&3/4 pounder. Granted that’s not a giant, but big enough for an explosive strike and a good fight!

I saw a video on YouTube by NDYakAngler fishing this lure. He did well with it. I have fished it a few times. But those times were not ideal topwater fishing conditions. I know I will catch fish on it. It's just a matter of time. It swims so realistically. I want to get the black one. That out water snakes ar darker. But I guess it is a popular color because it is always sold out.

It works in January! Got this 15” bass in January in north Georgia. It’s really smooth, the action is great and it’s super realistic.I’ll definitely buy more. I got both the green and brown.

I purchased this fishing lure for my 9 year old son at Christmas time. This was on his list and he was a happy camper when he opened it. He's excited to use it this summer and fall fishing.

Details and durability are as expected. A very solid bait made by Savage Gear. I haven't actually used this bait yet, but I have no doubt that something large will smash this lure this upcoming spring. I'll see how it lasts through the season, but I highly doubt durability will be an issue with the Wake Snake.

I am a fifty year pro at topwater bass fishing and this is the most amazing and realistic lure i have ever used. If you don't get a strike on this lure its not because of the lure either there is no bass in the immediate area or the topwater bite is off. weather is a major factor in bass activity.
