My OT loved what I found in this product. She said it was great quality and was perfect for working my hand into what we're doing in OT.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this Therapy Putty when I was introduced to it by my son's occupational therapist. He was about 18m at the time and didn't really use it as intended. He just turned 2 and really likes it now (and uses it the right way). He still puts it in his mouth on occasion so that's a concern for most things like this.Things to note- the orange one (xx-soft) is VERY messy. It sticks to everything and leaves an oil-like residue. In retrospect, I would only use it if the others were too stiff for my child and only if they were wearing a paint smock. They get progressively less messy. I'd say only the most firm doesn't really stick to anything.They always return to their original shape in their containers. I took a picture of the orange (with my finger print) and green ones to show how they were used and returned to the shape of their packaging. The video shows my little guy playing with it. I think these are effective at gross and fine motor strengthening since children are using their muscles without realizing.I took a star off because I think it's a bit overpriced and the softer ones were rather messy.

I’m a school based therapist, and I love this putty. Such a great value for money. I liked the first pack I had gotten from this company so much that I got a second in alternate colors. The kids really like the bright colours and the variety of levels is a good mix of strength, stretching, and difficulty.Careful, some of the colors, especially the easier levels, can be pretty sticky on clothing

I’ve needed to continue hand therapy at home. This set has an amazing variety! It’s super smart how they color coded the set based on firmness. The softest (orange) is actually too soft to be of use to me. It has a different consistency than the others that I imagine would only benefit those with almost no strength in their hands. But the red is perfect, and sometimes I go up to the next hardest color. As other reviewers have said, I can’t imagine ever using the super firm purple! But if you have very strong hands, it would work for you. The putty is well made, the container is useful for storage and I’m very happy with this product. I do wash my hands before I use it, just to help keep it nice and clean.
