First time on vacation, had a BLAST with this scooter, snorkeling out from the beach. I never had any issues with the batter draining too quickly.The second time I went on vacation, I had used the scooter to go out to a reef and halfway there I got an error "Error 00 Remove Battery" evidently that means it is broke.Contacted Sublue who immediately send me a UPS slip to send the unit back and get it fixed (issue with main board or something like that). Sublue support was great, they made sure I submitted the scooter back to them and informed me of everything going on in the process. Once I sent the scooter back, I thought maybe get it in a couple of months, nope, within two weeks.Here's my 2 cents, every product you buy, there is a chance something is going to break. Everything we buy now is so complex there are many points of failure, and to judge a company on something like that isn't 100% fair. A company should be judged on their ability to quickly and adequately resolve issues. SuBlue resolved my issue and I am happy again. Don't regret my purchase at all!

I love it! I had so much fun in turbo. This was able to pull 2 adults and a kid together. When turbo it is really powerful. But you can only do turbo for like 10 minutes, then it goes back to sport because turbo drains the battery. I’m so glad I got it. I would say get another battery so you can have and extra. The toy is worth it.

Seabow's battery shorted on me after only 2hrs if use. Its now completely unusable and shipping it back internationally costs more than the unit itself. Im now stuck with a $900 useless piece of plastic. Terrible quality.

Amazing fun while it worked.Turbo cuts off with most of the battery charged.After using it about 10-15 times it died."Error 00 remove battery "Wouldn't start again, showing same error.Contacted Sublue.Surprised that I got a hold of them pretty quick.They told me "error 00" means it's a factory defect.Sent me a form to start the process.Hopefully they will take care of it.I loved it while it lasted and I was thinking of buying another one.I was in Greece for 2 months using it.I loved it being able to take it on a plane legally.Returning to USA today.I hope they take care of it.

This is one of the few instances where a product is MUCH better than expected.Only used it in the swimming pool so far, but it is a huge step up from the bulkier and heavier single propeller style. Also much more maneuverable.I originally purchased the smaller version for the kids. It was so much fun, that I bought this one for me.
