If my kiddo is not into going up to bath, we just ask, “what color bath do you want?” And she goes right upstairs. Haven’t had any bathtub staining. Touching the tabs directly wet can stain skin a little bit but washes away by the next day if not during bath time. Love the simplicity and ability to mix colors.

We purchased two different sets of water-changing color tablets for our sons' bath time. This particular set was a bit more expensive and contained fewer tablets, but each tablet could transform a standard bathtub into an intense color of your choice. It was impressive how well it worked.The only downside is that it includes three base colors, so to create some shades, you have to mix two of them. While they blended exceptionally well and were cost-effective, using multiple tablets can add up.The other set we had came with a significantly larger number of tablets, but I often found myself needing to use two or sometimes three tablets to achieve a dark enough color.

I wish the price was comparable to other brands but it’s very high in comparison. The tablets dissolve within five minutes, just make sure small hands don’t touch the tablets while they dissolve because their fingers will be stained. Luckily if they’re playing with water, it won’t stay stained for long. I’m glad there’s a clean version of water dying tablets, I just wish the price was better for families on a budget.

These say “food grade colors” but it contains artificial dyes like Red Dye #40 which many countries have chosen to ban or heavily restrict its use due to health concerns, particularly regarding potential links to hyperactivity in children and possible allergic reactions.So, not something I want my kids bathing in or eating.Also if you’re just getting artificial dyes you can get those a LOT cheaper like just buy a 3-pack of food coloring drops at the grocery store.

I know these seem kind of pricey in comparison to other brands, but you pay for what you get. These color tabs are bigger, genuinely color the entire bath, don't stink or stain everything... just all around deliver if you're trying to make bath time a little more fun. We mixed the red and blue and got dark purple, dark enough that you can loose some items at the bottom of the bath. Also, if your kids are prone to tasting the bath water for whatever weirdo reason they always seem to want to do that, I appreciate that these have pretty simple, nontoxic ingredients.

This works as intended. We used it to educate the kids on how to mix colors, and one tablet can change the entire bathtub of water 👏🏻Bonus for being able to change the colors of slime 👍🏻

My son really enjoyed this item. Even though he had more expensive gifts for Christmas, he still maintains that this was his second favourite gift this year. Also, he got to learn a little something about colour theory while he had a bath.
