Love the flavor. But I use 1/2 of a scoop per 12 oz of coffee ☕️ I'm using the C8 for Patrick Holford's Brain Ugrade. With Omega3 DHA and a very good B complex vitamins. This increased the brains electrical activity in pre-dementia seniors by 240% it dramatically improved many people's state of dementia some as though they didn't have it at all it has seemed to out perform Alzheimer's drugs!

I couldn't get the Perfect Keto version (temp out of stock) and opted for this instead. It's great and a better value. Also, this comes in a C8 version, which I was happy to find.

This is just okay. It dissolves about as you would expect, so it helps to have a whisk or something handy. It is sweetened with stevia or somethng similar and tastes like it. If you like the taste of stevia, this is a good choice for you.

this product mixes well, but disappointed in it's composition & effectiveness... I have ordered this item a number of times but in the last batch, both my wife & I noticed we were getting less of the "kick" we had been getting in prior batches. Then, after looking at the label again, it appears the "C8 MCT Oil Powder" is it not the "pure C8 caprylic acid" it is in fact a blend of C8, C10 & C12... and the blend just does not do the same thing as C8. Simply, it is NOT the highest C8 powder available, and the difference is very noticeable.

I have used several MCT powders and they were good but I use several other nutricost products and am happy with the brand. I tried the MCT vanilla and am hooked. You don’t need any other additional sweetener and this stuff tastes terrific. Makes my keto coffee so good, blends well and I make it first thing in the morning. I go to bed thinking about my morning coffee.

Unfortunately I wait to long to try this and missed my window to return it. It’s sweetened with stevia and is not only sickly sweet, but leaves a bitter aftertaste. Wish I could return it. I want MCT with NO sweetener.
