It feels slightly smaller than I was imagining it would when I ordered it, but I think it’s just about the perfect size. It still clips easily to my belt loop and the ambidextrous tabs stick out perfectly to make it easy to actuate. My keys are much more secure than they were with my old carabiner, and this will not just randomly detach from my key ring when I throw it in my pocket or my bag. Most importantly, I find the size and weight to be optimal for just throwing in my pocket when I’m wearing legwear that doesn’t have beltloops. It doesn’t make my keys feel bulky and awkward like my carabiner did when in my pocket. That said, the price for such a simple thing is hard to swallow, but since I use it literally every day and it decreases the chance that I’ll experience the massive inconvenience of losing my keys, I don’t think I’ll end up regretting the purchase. Before buying, I had searched for cheaper alternatives, but couldn’t find any that seemed as failproof as this one at a lower price. The bottle opener is a nice touch, the curved form means it doesn’t catch on anything, and the lack of screws means it won’t be rendered useless by losing a screw one day. As long as the titanium holds up, and I don’t lose my keys, I don’t expect I’ll need to buy another for the rest of my life.
