I liked them a lot, but they weren't ventilated well and could get hot to wear in hot weather. I had the Adidas Superstars years ago and loved them, but had moved on. I was just due for a change from the Nikes and decided to give the Superstars a go again.They're awesome! Comfortable in warm weather because they're low-top. The low top also makes them easy on and off. Love the looks - especially with the black leather and white stripes. First thing my millennial son-in-law said was "old school" and he liked them. Sizing is the same as my Nikes.In response to the reviews claiming they're fakes - they're not. They come in the official blue Adidas box with the 3 white stripes, complete with Adidas-branded packaging paper in the box, and the official "Originals" UPC tag on the box and attached to the shoes. The shoes themselves are perfect and have the correct tags and branding inside. Identical in every way to the Superstars I tried on for sizing in the nearby Adidas Factory store.The Adidas website is selling them for $85, so the $60 deal at Bolo (sold by Zappos) is more than a 25% discount. Sweet deal!

These shoes were just what I was wanting! I picked these out as my Christmas gift from my husband and they go great with black pants. They are a little bit nicer than tennis shoes and the shell toe is a nice touch. I wore shell toes for years in all styles, but this is my first pair in several years. I missed them so!The leather is smooth and feels of nice quality. The contrast stitching is striking and I don't feel like these are styled directly to men. In fact, I'd say these shoes are more feminine than most shell toes. I'm so pleased with these shoes, I think I might buy another pair for when these wear out! Warning though: they do feel a bit snug at first, but that's because there is padding in the sides. Once that fits to your foot, the fit is nice.
