We have a swim spa and I tossed one of these in it and they work. Since oils usually float to the surface, these turtles absorb most of it. It's just me and my husband, or I'd pop two in the spa. My only complaint is I wish they were a bit larger to avoid getting trapped in the skimmer baskets. But they still work there.

Product is NOTHING like pictured! Or description! The product was so compressed that it doesn’t even pop up once placed in water. It’s one big flat blob. Don’t waste your money or time.

I saw so many negative and positive reviews about this product. yes they are vacuum packed when they arrive. Big deal!! no difference than a mattress or pillow being delivered! I sat them out individually on my counter and by morning, the air went into them. I put them in a bag to store with my pool supplies. they look like turtles and work great. I have very happy with them. the ones we used in past, I only got 3 stars for the same price.

Who would’ve thought foam sea turtles would completely change the hot tub experience. I struggled to keep my tub clear and foam free for quite awhile. To the point where I just accepted a little cloudiness and foam. Got these as a Christmas gift from my daughter. She just got them in a whim not really knowing what they do. I started using them and immediately noticed a difference. Tub stays clear and foam free now. If I see the the water getting cloudy I just throw 2 turtles in and it will be clear in a day or two. Obviously your chemicals have to be proper as well but these turtles were the final piece of the puzzle.

Nice and clear! We didn’t realize the amount of minerals in our water. The sponges soak it all up- amazing!

Was worried from reading everyone else's review about being skinny. Got them. Package was vacuum sealed. Throughthem in the hot tub next day came out. Could not believe how thick they got. would buy again.

They work as expected. Had a filter disintegrate leaving floating fires in tub. Little turtles are good a collecting them a well.

Product does work but the lifespan of each 'turtle' is very short. The whole bag lasts about as long as a single 'brick sponge' for around the same price.
