The calming effect is apparent without making me feel drowsy or disoriented, and I've seen a noticeable improvement in my sleep quality on nights I take it. It's also helped level out my energy during the day, and I don't crash in the afternoon the way I used to. The size of the bottle is perfect for travel or keeping in my nightstand drawer, and the dropper makes it super easy to use. I appreciate that it's alcohol-free too, although that doesn't help with the taste :-) It's still a strong herb, so you gotta be willing to deal with the earthy taste. The strength is just right, not too weak, not overpowering. I'll definitely be reordering.

This liquid drops really works, I started taking it for my anxiety and stress and it calms me down and makes me so relaxed also helped me sleep better. I’ve been taking it for 2 years now and it works better for me than the gummies. I put the drops in my water or any type of drink an it doesn’t have a bad taste but you can taste that it’s in your drink.

I love this ashwaghanda in tincture form. It tastes nice and I feel like I get the effects of it quicker than in capsule or powder form.

A coworker of mine put me onto this. She brought me a tincture that she got from a local nutrition place in my town for me to try and I had to RUN to find some of my own. Hers was very bitter tasting, like a shot of vodka, so I was worried about that but THIS is pleasant in comparison. I did get the alcohol free bottle. It’s got a slightly sweet taste. Almost almondy. I tried a tad bit plain just to see. I did mix the vial dose in my tea and it was actually kind of a nice subtle addition to sweeten it up. The tea I used is Celestial brand, Bengal Spice. Will be perfect if you like cinnamon and ginger. And I do already feel the calming effects of it. I gave four stars because I can’t speak for how my osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis and over all body pain will respond to it yet. I do however, look forward to seeing how this works for my anxiety in the long term as that was the sole reason for my purchase.

Ginkgo biloba is must for eye preservation for diabetics and possible Alzeimer candodates.Adding half teaspoonful to water. easy to take this great alcohlic or water extract.These extracts provide closesest to Nature.I take half teaspoonful 3 times a week for preservation of memory and brain blood suplpply.

Ashwaganda is great for anyone who needs a boost in energy and focus. The taste is not bad at all. It's the best way to go. Always consult your doctor or inform them of what you are taking.
