These are a great height for those who are seasoned or just getting into body weight exercises. The grip is comfortable and durable. However it’s important to use an exercise mat if you are on a hard floor. I struggled initially as they would slide on my hardwood floors. They’re a great addition to a home gym!

Useless product
This product is made up of some hard plastic.. it comes with three joints.. the grip provided is useless and it skids when a little pressure is applied. Since the product is made up of some hard plastic when we applys load for push up it slightly bends due to our own body weight. During each rep there are high chances of breakage.Never buy this useless product .
Good for home use !
Decent product, just that the foam grip keeps slipping. But I never had a problem with it while exercising.
