The plastic one is a hard material but works for me. The silicone one is soft, and slightly harder to insert in the nose because it folds, but works for me as well... so no complaints.

It’s not always comfortable or possible for me to breathe through my nose during the day, and definitely not at night. I have narrow nasal passages and they’re often swollen for some reason. These open up my passages so it’s comfortable for me to breathe and go to sleep. I keep losing them so at least they’re cheap.

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU ORDER (NOT LARGE SIZE). A while back I ordered this brand of nose vents in the medium size since large size was not available at that time. The mediums did open my nose so I thought I would try the extra large size to see if they were better. The extra large size are big and really spread my nostrils open actually too much but they work. Days later I saw where the large size is now available so I ordered them, same brand and package. The first ones I ordered, medium and extra large, are all soft plastic. These so called LARGE size I received are SMALLER than the medium size and are HARD plastic. The hard plastic is kind of painful where as the soft plastic feels good. The package says large but they are small.

These are a bit rough around the edge, litterally. I don't know if it is simply bc of cheapness but they should do a better job ad smoothing the flashing/edge for something that is supposed to be in someone's nose...They definitely are hard/rigid.They do indeed dilate my nasal passages.But they can be irritating after an extended period of use.

For several years, I have had swollen turbinates inside my nasal passages when I lie down. Nasal spray helps but the these nasal vents further improve my breathing during the night. I tried the external nasal strips but they did very little to help. For those with breathing problems, particularly at night, I recommend trying these vents. They do take a small amount of time to get used to. This company offers a sample pack with different sizes and shapes. I suggest this for new users so you can find what's just right for you.

I usually use Sleepwell dialators and was looking for something that I could re-use a bit more. But apparently my nostrils are different sizes because I couldn't get any of these things to fit and they were relentlessly digging into my nasal cavity. They need to be less rigid, imo.

Wonderful product and a Great company to do business with!I purchased these for my father, he thought he would need a size large, turns out he needed an extra large. This company very generously gave me the link to purchase the correct size and refunded my purchase price for the original purchase with no need to return them.My father really likes these, they help him breathe more freely at night & they help relieve his snoring & mouth breathing.

Pudełko było zafoliowane tak jak dwa pozostałe z przesyłki . Przesyłka także nie była naruszona zapakowana w twardą tekturową kopertę firmową Bolo. Ciekawe gdzie i jak wyparował produkt z przesyłki. So einfach! Man muss sich ein bisschen daran gewöhnen, und vermutlich ist es nicht für Jeden geeignet. Aber ich bin fast jede Nacht mit verstopfter Nase aufgewacht, und das ist vorbei.
