My scalp, oh my poor scalp, felt like it was on fire after using this product. It promised wonders, but all I got was irritation and discomfort.Now, let's address the burstiness factor in my ordeal. The instructions were far from clear, leaving me bewildered about how to make it work. I had to go through the tedious process of shaving my scalp to a tiny length, just to ensure the product's bristles didn't pull out my hair. Who would have thought that achieving a small shave could be such a monumental task?The challenges didn't end there. Cleaning the product proved to be an entirely new mission. The design seemed fragile, like it could break at any moment. It was nerve-wracking to even attempt to change its features for fear of damaging it further.In an act of desperation, I decided to apply shaving cream, thinking it would ease the process and protect my delicate short hair. But alas, it was all in vain. The product still failed to deliver on its promises, leaving me utterly disappointed.In conclusion, this AMAMZON hair product is a letdown. Right when I received it I went to try it out it came charged up it was easy to use it did a fairly good job shaving my head only when I finished the back of my neck did I have complaints which is it left me feeling like I has razor burn. Which wasn't a very good feeling. It was easy to clean up after

Bought this shaver on September 4,2023. Worked really well the last couple of years. It contours nice to the shape of the head and gets a nice close shave. As long as your hair isn’t much past stubble. If it’s too long it will pull. With all that said, I went to use it yesterday after charging overnight and the shaver will not come on. The green light lights up, but shaver will not function. I’m giving it 3 stars for longevity issue.
