I had to go through the tedious process of shaving my scalp to a tiny length, just to ensure the product's bristles didn't pull out my hair. It was nerve-wracking to even attempt to change its features for fear of damaging it further.In an act of desperation, I decided to apply shaving cream, thinking it would ease the process and protect my delicate short hair. Right when I received it I went to try it out it came charged up it was easy to use it did a fairly good job shaving my head only when I finished the back of my neck did I have complaints which is it left me feeling like I has razor burn. Bought this shaver on September 4,2023. Worked really well the last couple of years. It contours nice to the shape of the head and gets a nice close shave. As long as your hair isn’t much past stubble. If it’s too long it will pull. With all that said, I went to use it yesterday after charging overnight and the shaver will not come on. The green light lights up, but shaver will not function. I’m giving it 3 stars for longevity issue.
