What a great reference! I already have been trained, but this is a great reminder of the moves. The quality of these posters is really good and easy to read. I’m going to order the resistance band posters next. Highly recommend!!!!!

These two posters were great additions to our workout space. They have so many good exercises for different muscles, and were a breeze to hang.The only nitpick we have with these is that one corners is slightly separated from the back side laminate. It's a minor detail and easy to fix with a piece of tape.

I have a workout room in my basement. I have been wanting a program for dumbbells and this is just what I was looking for in a set up. I hung these on a wall with pushpins. They are laminated. They aren't a flimsy piece of paper which I like. They are clear and show how to do each lift. It is a complete body workout. I focused on upper body and back yesterday and like that I can then target lower body and core another day. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Laminated poster with nice, clear images. They have both a vertical and horizontal display and are printed on both sides. I got several of these posters from this vendor and all are of good quality. I wish they had the "Sliding Bench Workout" as part of the sets as I'd have probably bought a pack instead of a few separately. One thing I forgot to note on my other reviews of this product is that they really like being rolled up. I ended up putting them under a carpet with some books on them to help flatten them out. I ended up putting them in poster frames because I didn't want to put pin holes in them. I'm not sure if picture adhesive would work or not.

Nicely designed dumbbell workout chart. Quality lamination. Both charts can be used either vertically or horizontally (flip it over for other orientation). The exercises are large enough to easily view and there are plenty of exercised listed. Great as a reminder for myself, and for my son who is just getting started in weight training with dumbbells. Excellent value for $10. I highly recommend this set!

There isn't much to say about this product as it is pretty simple and obvious but I can say that it looks exactly like the images, this is a sufficiently thick lamination, the images are clear and intuitive if you are familiar with working out, and it is a good value for the price. I am happy with my purchase and would buy from this manufacturer and vendor again. I have only had it for a little over a month so I cannot speak to the longevity of it. But I assume given the fact that it will just hang on the wall it hopefully will be good for many years to come.
Handy and to the point.
With a little common sense this is a decent product. It does lack some detail but if you have any experience with weight training it's a handy chart to help plan workouts.
