There's no odd smell. They're small/easy to swallow, and living in Alaska, my husband and I need 10K i.u.'s a day so the dosage is right. We believe that our health is better when we're getting plenty of D3 to balance out the lack of sunlight exposure (particularly in the winter months). I've purchased this item from this company several times and I've never been disappointed with the product.

I’ve tried a lot of supplements that claim to help with hydration or recovery, but these actually deliver. I started taking them as a way to avoid that sluggish, hungover feeling after a night out, and the difference was noticeable almost right away, maybe a week. I take one daily in the morning.They’re easy to take, which is a big plus. The capsules are smooth and go down without a problem. There’s a faint hint of coconut to the taste, which I personally like—it’s not overpowering or artificial. I also really appreciate that they’ve included Vitamin K2, which helps your body actually use calcium properly. That kind of formulation shows they’ve put some real thought into it.This supplement has quickly become part of my regular routine. Even when I’m not drinking, I’ll take it after a hard workout or travel day, and it still helps me feel rebalanced. I’ve already recommended it to friends who are skeptical but curious, and they’ve come back impressed. Great product. simple, effective, and smartly designed. Definitely worth keeping on hand.

10/10 product! I love these. These do not upset my stomach or cause diarrhea for me. I know others personally who do take it and it doesn’t do that for them but does keep them regular daily and causes a bowel movement within a few hours of taking it. They are super effective and my doctor was super happy with my lab results while being on this. The dose is perfect for someone who’s vitamin d is pretty low! I will definitely keep buying these for life! I recommend them to literally every single person I know!

It made me feel like I was taking care of myself. It was effective because I had some help with my bones. The Vitamin Quality was good. Idk how it would help my pain level. I had energy level that went up a bit. So I suppose I felt good.

I spent an awful year suffering with leg and foot pain. little did I know such a small pill could make me feel like myself again. After two weeks my pain started going away. I only started taking vit D because my blood levels were at 26. My mood was greatly improved as well.

My doctor said I need to take vitamin D (I’m 56) and I never could find one that I liked or remembered to take. These are so tiny and I love the bag they come in. I take other things from this company and like all of it!. Time will tell when I have my appointment in September for my physical to see if it’s all really helping :).

My vitamin D levels were normal-ish and my Dr suggested supplements. The last supplement took improved it some (3/24 to 4/18), I switched to these and my level skyrocketed. The image attached is from my Labcorp trend report. I started taking these in April, the re-test was the beginning of June and my energy level has definitely improved.

To get my Vitamin D3 levels right without overdoing it, I have been taking one a day. My D levels are still increasing , I test about every 40-50 days. I will probably need to ease back to 1 every two days at some point. If you are taking Vitamin D , you need to take regular blood tests , if you over do it, the consequences can be catastrophic for some people, everyone is different, I most likely need about 1000-5000 IU a day while I am overweight(need to lose weight due to medical condition) some people can take 50,000 a day

Middle of Australian summer...all capsules are separate. No seed oil content...just cocoanut.Old problems seem to be fixed. 18 months to expiry date, so sharing is necessary. I trust this product.
