I have been taking this product, I take two before bed every night, for probably a year now. My husband and both my sons take this as well. Honestly, I fall asleep right away and I believe that it works in a lot of different ways. Knocking on wood all over the place I do not get sick often And I’m hoping that it’s the zinc in this product. One thing I have noticed that others in my family have said as well as that you do get really bit of dreams so I’m guessing that’s the magnesium. Either way I highly recommend this product and I always tell anyone I know about it. Give it a try.

I have been using this product for three months and find that it helps me sleep through the night better than any other I have tried. I do not have any side effects, and they are easy to swallow.

I can definitely feel my muscles relax and it has improved the quality of my sleep. I would recommend taking it at least a couple of hours before bedtime.

Fantastic product
I have tried a few magnesium products which have helped me sleep a little. But since taking these I am finally falling asleep fast, and staying asleep until my alarm goes off.They also do not upset my tummy.
