We preserve and enhance the aromas through our patented pressurized cans. Patented in 1934 by illy, pressurization is a preservation system in which the air in the tin is replaced by an inert gas at a pressure greater than that of the atmosphere. In this way, not only is the freshness of our coffee maintained, but its aroma is also enhanced.

    I tried this coffee for the first time and really liked it. It isn't bitter or overly acidic. I would definitely buy it again. The price on Bolo is actually somewhat less than the price at Wegmans.

    Pricey but delicious coffee! Won't be a staple because it is expensive per cup when brewing at home. Yes, it's cheaper than a coffee house but not really worth the extra cost when there are other options out there that fit the bill, for less.
