After struggling to cut my veggies I decided to splurge on a good knife. What a difference it made! Cutting everything is so much easier now. Having the right utensils is really important. If you do a lot of cooking and cutting, this knife is so worth it. Don’t know how I lived without it.

Loving this knife and anticipating the purchase of a 6” blade to complement. I have had it a couple of months now and it slices effortlessly and seems to stay very sharp. I am getting better with the hand shield and it is allowing me to improve on my knife skills. Recommended.

Become my go-to knife for cooking!
This knife(with its included accessories) has become the knife I reach to the most for cooking at home. It’s fantastically sharp and well weighted and feels good to cut and trim veggies/meat with. I also really appreciate the safety cover it comes with as we leave our knives loose in a drawer so it’s safer to reach in and grab. If any of my older knives dull or break beyond repair I’ll be buying another especially with the quick delivery with Bolo.
