I started using aloe juice a few years ago when I was having unexplained stomach issues. I'm happy to say it has been unbelievably helpful and I feel SO MUCH better, in fact I drink 1oz every morning like clockwork now. I will say the one thing I struggled with was the flavor, I hate it (still), so here's the best hack I've found: 1oz of aloe juice and 4oz of apple juice (or to taste). It may seem simple but finding a juice that tastes decent with this is harder than you might think. Mixing with apple juice is the key to success and consistency for me.

I've suffered with stomach problems for years now. Seen specialist, have had SO MANY tests done and no one ever find anything wrong with me. It was ruled out as "IBS" This product has helped so many of my symptoms. If I feel nauseous or sick to my stomach I take about 2 tbsp of this and it makes me feel better. I take it daily usually before my dinner and it has helped tremendously. It doesn't taste terrible, I take it like a shot and chase it with water. It works for me, it's safe, all natural definitely worth a try!

This was calming and gentle and great for my stomach! I just added it to my tea or juice or other drink that I was having. Including an alcoholic drink which I do not have often due to a sensitive stomach. The flavor of this aloe vera doesn't change what you are adding it to.

I was trying things to heal my ulcers and now I'm having issues with my blood pressure to boot. This is 1 of the things I'm trying.It's my own fault, I should have read the label more closely.The product contains sodium and citrus lemon juice.Citrus is a no-no for ulcers and the sodium doesn't help the gut lining either.Hopefully, now my gut can finally finish healing from the ulcers can and hopefully my blood pressure will stabilize after getting rid of the remaining solution.If you don't suffer from gut ulcers and can handle Citrus and sodium, you shouldn't have issues.There is a way to make aloe vera water/juice at home without extra ingredients, according to YouTube videos.Consult your physician if necessary.
