To begin, I have had multiple back surgeries and the lumbar region of my spine is mostly fused together. As I age, my posture continues to worsen. I have tried nearly ever posture device, contraption or aid available. my latest quest began when one day while waiting for my keurig to make a morning cup of coffee, I felt suddenly like I was standing up straight - a weird sensation for sure. I realized my heels were on a runner and the balls of my feet on bare hardwoods. I instantly googled posture and heel inserts and found a ton of knowledge that indicated a link. I went to Bolo and bought a number of different inserts to try, there were several options and some I really liked only to determine that after a day or two they fell apart. I put these in, and wore them for a couple of hours and felt like I was getting shin splints. I took them out, but fortunately read the directions. it indicated that this was possible. I started running out of options to try and tried these one more time - Am I glad that I did!of all the inserts I tried, this is absolutely my favorite. first and foremost after nearly a month of wear - they are in good shape, but they also lock into your foot in a way that most don’t. Posture is a funny thing because I used to be completely unaware of when I achieved it. Now, I know precisely how it feels - and unlike all the other bands and supports, I think the heel inserts enable your core to strengthen and it feel more natural. I am eternally grateful that I made the cup of coffee in my bare feet and that I found standard orthotics that work so well. the benefits of posture are many, but I truly feel like I get better oxygen as well as lift and move depending more on my abdominal muscles than my back.let me also say, I am a big guy 6’4” and 230. I am typically on my feet all day while I know that I have broken in these pads, unlike every other orthotic I have worn they don’t feel worn out after a few days to a week. I discovered some customized orthotics that I paid close to $100 for and they were comfortable- but never gave me any indication of posture improvement and could not handle the daily wear. I think the materials and design of these is incredible. your weight is balanced so the orthotic is not bearing the burden.

First, they sent me a repackaged pair. I ordered them new. But, was sent an opened package that was re-wrapped in a plastic bag. Second, I wear a 9.5 and these were too big for me. It was painful to wear. I had to duct tape the bottom curl to the mid section to make these fit my size. Now they are much more comfortable. If you wear a size 10 or smaller, expect them to be too big and uncomfortable when used straight out of the box.

Please do not stop making these!! So hard to find. Most insoles do little to nothing for my flat feet. Am working on strengthening my feet but in the meantime I still need support. I like that these form a heel cup and help correct my over-pronation, the arch support is just enough precisely because of the unique shape. I have several pairs and they last a while. Only downside is they do not always stay put inside of the shoe, but I suppose I could always glue them in though I have not tried it yet.

Glad I found this orthotic as my local pharmacy discontinued carrying. It offers just the right support to keep my flat feet comfortable after a long day. Would be nice if they included an extra set of adhesive dots.

I use them in all of my boots, sneakers and close shoes. It really helped stop the pain on my feet both the arch and the heal. I walk miles on them. LOVE them.

I was beginning to have too much pressure on the balls of my 70 year old feet. It was interfering with my walking and work around the yard. I have relatively flat feet. I tried numerous other supports but they all simply filled up the shoe evenly. These don't lift the heel, but merely help with the arch which takes pressure off of the ball of my foot and distributes it to the 'knuckles' of my other toes, balancing the load. I put them in every pair of shoes I own. The ones I'm using are still going strong after a year or more.
No more pain
These orthotics fit in sneakers so the wearer's posture has improved and he's not in pain standing or waking. They have helped a long standing back problem and he's very happy with them.

Keeps your posture straight
I have a fallen archon my right foot that caused knee pain. Anyway these insoles help to straighten the leg and correct your posture to a certain degree. Not perfect but enough to help.
