I want to be as honest as possible without coming off dirty or perverted. This is my true story fighting candida...... well before I figured out what the hell was wrong with my body. For the longest time after having sex, my penis would become flared up after about of week of continuous sex. My penis hood would become inflamed and I would get extremely painful splitting of the skin. This is some form of candidal balanitis. I was drinking mad beer, eating and drinking tons of sugar. I never knew that yeast go go wild in the system and wreak havoc. I tried several times using a OTC vaginal yeast cream and it did nothing for me. Only thing that helped was keeping my penis cool and dry and eventually it would dry out. But not long after it always came back. I was too embarrased to see a doctor as I did not want to be talked into circumcision.Then I found tons of forum posts that matched all my issues. This is my first time using caprylic acid and I do not have any other brand to compare. I started taking this twice a day. One AM and PM. I also rubbed some on my penis and whoah...... instant relief. This really does work for yeast infection..... and let me tell you mine was BAD!!! I could barely open and close my hood.In closing thank you for excellent price and product. This is my miracle drug.. no joke. And look I am not some coocoo who believes in holistic medicines for everthing. But I also read that this clears of skin issues. I did have some on my face as well. There were these dark spots that appeared on my face years ago and I could never get rid of them. I broke open a pill and rubbed it all over my face..... HOLY MOLY i am already noticing the area of skin becoming less and less dark...... I am a latino and tan easilly but the dark spots would always look weird and out of place on my cheek bones. Try it, what do you have to loose.... I do plan on trying to cut out as much crap as I can that feeds the yeast growth. Read up... candida can really cause problems all over.

Very pleased with this product. I always just take one a day of whatever caprylic acid capsules I get and this works as good as anything else I've bought; considering it's also the cheapest, I'll keep buying. It's funny because I started taking this product on a very random whim; I can't even recall why it sparked my interest. I tend to try a new supplement out every time I order and most I don't ever buy again because I just really can't warrant it unless I PHYSICALLY notice something. Let me tell you... I used to have super itchy, rashy elbows (I'm sure either due to psoriasis or eczema, couldn't even tell you to be honest, I hate doctors so I just go in when I have to to ensure they refill my birth control and asthma inhaler). Now... they are completely clear and smooth, like a normal person's elbows. I also got a rash on my hand kind of between my middle fingers (almost like a heat rash and it was extremely itchy) and now I don't get that either. If I stop taking Caprylic Acid for a week, it all starts coming back. I also used to get thrush from the daily upkeep inhalers and hadn't realized that Caprylic Acid helps with that. I haven't tried them since I started taking this, but curious if it would make it possible for me to use those. I think my candida issue is caused by my sugar, alcohol, and carb intake -- I try to cut back, but at least I have this to relieve my skin issues until I can curb all that more. Try it out, it really is the best supplement I've ever found.

4 days in I already see and feel differences. Time will tell if it continues to work. I feel more alert, more energy, went to the bathroom daily (usually 3 days to 2 weeks between for me) skin is clearing (that may be the castor oil I just started too). I should follow up in a few months.

I have Candida issues, but not as bad as many folks. I started taking two of these in the morning to go with Align and my gut began getting back to normal. I went three weeks where everything upset my gut badly. I stopped eating for a few days just to have a break from the symptoms. After a few days I could eat most things again and after a few weeks my symptoms (I won't go into detail, but they were embarrassing and unpleasant) are lessening. If I actually followed a Candida die off type diet, I imagine these would be even more helpful.
