I bought this kit mainly for the scissors, and they did not disappoint. Both the regular and thinning shears are sharp, sturdy, and cut smoothly. They feel well-made and comfortable to use.The included carrying case is a nice bonus and helps keep everything organized. However, some of the accessories weren’t as great. The cape is too small for an adult—more suited for kids. Also, the neck duster brush is already shedding its soft bristles.Still, since my main reason for buying the kit was the scissors—and they’re excellent—I’m happy with the purchase overall. It’s a solid value if you're mainly after good shears.

The tools all look and work smoothly. Appreciated it included a case. Very nice, zippered case. Since I know nothing about hair cutting (except watching Instagram and You Tube videos), but I intend to try cutting wigs for my dolls. They are mostly long, and I like shorter hair styles. This beginner set should be what I need for now.

These scissors are both dull (compared to my sewing scissors) when cutting hair and sharp when cutting my knuckle with the blunt tip. They are fine for home haircuts. It’s helpful to have the thinning shears for my son with thick straight hair so the lines are less bold. Don’t use the thinning shears on curly hair (ask me how I know). There are lots of free internet videos to help you get the technique right. And also to convince you not to thin curly hair. Luckily that son is 2 and can’t reach the bathroom mirror yet to see what I did.

Long delivery time
Bought this due to hair salons being closed from COVID-19. Decent scissors, but relatively priced is on the the higher side compared to other scissors. The issue with this product for me is that it took over 2 months to arrive, and that's a long time to go when I needed a haircut relatively quickly. By the time this product arrived, the salons already reopened.

Perfect price and kit during lockdown- did the job beautifully and whole family/whanau were happy.

Compre este kit porque vi un ideo del YouTuber gringo Brad Mondo donde las recomendaba para un estilo de corte y funcionan bastante bien, funcionan tan bien que si se te va un poco la mano o no tienes mucha experiencia cortando, se te pude ir la tijera de mas paso, pero todo bien.El kit viene muy bien, cada cosa en tu bolsita individual y toco en un estuchito que cierra con zipper, el kit tienen todo lo que necesitas, de verdad, y tambien trae su trapito para darle mantenimiento. Super mis expectativas.Si tienes el pelo ondulado y grueso y nunca has utilizado las tijeras para degrafilar, si se pueden quedar medio atascadas en el cabello, pero eso no es por culpa de las tijeras, no es porque las tijeras no abran y cierren, pero uno se acostumbra y funcionan muy bien
