My dog is 2 y/o and I started noticing bad breath and some tartar I was concerned about. She doesn’t let me get a thorough brush so I wanted a dental chew that would do more than just help breath. I also wanted one that had the least questionable ingredients, so I decided on this one. She is a super picky pup so when I took these out of the package I thought there is no way she’s going to eat it. I handed it to her and she gave me her side eye. So I did what I always do when she needs to eat something she doesn’t want and put it in a treat ball and rolled it on the floor. She got so excited and grabbed it to eat on her blanket immediately. Now she eats them everyday and gets excited about her treat. The vet said her teeth look great and her breath is much better too!

Ordered these at the suggestion of our vet. It didn't take long for the plaque on our dog's teeth to loosen. Now we use them for maintenance. I like the way it takes him some effort to bite through so it puts pressure on the plaque. He's 17 and fights having his mouth held open so these are a good easy way to clean his teeth in a way that other chews didn't do. I'm worried he'll swallow it before he's chewed it cause he likes them so much, so I hold it and let him bite off pieces. Helps his breath smell better.

My dog never liked greenies and this product was vet recommended after his dental procedure. He LOVES these treats and they seem to do well maintaining his oral health but I notice that they will immediately pass through him and color his waste green. A little concerning but nothing major.

Ordered as they were recommended per our vet for both our dogs. Because they are chewy they take longer for our dogs to get through and therefore are more effective supposedly. We found that our dog had nooooo build up after seeing the dentist as long as he continued using these. It was so neat. He historically was sensitive to water additives and other popular dental chews. I was so nervous to try him on these, but they went great and he never got sick or showed any adverse effects. His breath has never been better. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend. He is 6 years old for reference and had his first dental cleaning in 3 years lol. I do brush at home but it only does so much, in my opinion.

My Jack Russell has bad breath and a lot of Tartar. Greenies never seemed to make any difference. On Prime Day I ordered these and wow!! Tartar is gone and his breath is a lot better. Pricey but worth it. Will stock up next time on sale!

I normally order these monthly but forgot my most recent batch, and I really regretted it. My chiweenie's mouth smelled like a trash can. Thankfully, he loves these chews and was thrilled to have them reintroduced to our nightly routine! If his breath or teeth are particularly bad, I'll squeeze a bit of doggy tooth paste on his treat. He's never had any tummy trouble, and the tough texture is very satisfying for him.

I have fairly small dogs but even they have no problem chewing these in half in a couple bites and swallowing the pieces whole. This my dogs get very little teeth cleaning benefits from these. I can give them a slice of beef hide which they can chew for half an hour and really scrub their teeth on.
