not for me. caused me stomach pain that stays all day, felt nauseous all day, didne feel like doing household chores, makes you cranky.

A friend of mine recommended these as he and I usually like the same effect. He did warn me that his wife didn't like it at all, said she felt hot all day and jittery. Well, the first day I needed a pick me up as I didn't get much sleep and it gave me a little boost but like one of those boosts you get when you have a lot of coffee. The next time I took it I had a good night's sleep but it really felt like I had 4 or 5 cups of coffee, really jittery and just not a good feeling. That's it for me, I am just not compatible with this at all and that was only 1 pill in the morning, none after that. I had 1 at 7 AM and it is now 2 PM and still feel jittery, it does suppress appetite and increases thirst but the over-caffeinated effect is just too much.
