We are a repeat customer of this product. My 15 yr old pitbull that past last March of old age age these his whole long life. Safely and without any issues. When I then got my catahoula leapard mix pup, when I first gave her 1 of these she did have runny stool, but she also did with all dog foods and treats I gave her because she had come from a neglected home where they gave her nothing but puppy chow at age 2,5, she’s now 3,5 and she and her belly live these. She just needed to get used to to eating new things since all she was ever given was puppy chow and water. I give her one “Billy bone” twice a week. She loves these and makes her so happy. This size is o ok perfect for a 40 pound dog, when my pitbull had these I got him the bigger size. Awesome product

I have purchased bully sticks from DPS in the past and been very happy - but they just lost a customer…because now I know I can’t trust them.They put up a non-returnable, non-refundable lightening deal (because they KNOW everyone is going to be pissed) - still not amazing, when you’re paying $6 a treat for your dog, btw…but I have a big chewer, so you have to do what you have to do.Depending on the bag we get 20 min to 2 hours out of a 12 in bully (and honestly, the thick ones only last longer 1/2 the time- because sometimes they are softer).Anyway…I attached a pic of what I was sent versus even what they show on their packaging is a bully stick. Not sure if it’s just rolled hide, maybe a tendon? But it’s not a bully. See how the pic on their packaging is round and has tissue inside? Yeah, these are flat and my dog had it gone in less than 5 min. Then he was guzzling water (worse than usual, bullies always make him a little thirsty)…this was 3 bowls of water thirsty.That’s an expensive treat, that I wish I knew what it was I was handing my dog.You lost a customer, DPS, hope it was worth it - oh, and I called customer service - complained about you not sending actual bully sticks - got my money back. I’ll go buy from a competitor.

I understand these are natural products, but if they’re advertised as a size they should be within that range. 90% of these bullies fit fine into the bully grip rated for their size, the other 10% were paper thin and wouldn’t be held by anything. Some lasted a long time, some were gone in 30 minutes. The one amazing thing is that these didn’t stink.

We have been getting these for awhile now. My dog loves them when they send the right ones. The last couple of orders I've been sent what look like collagen sticks instead of the pictured pizzle sticks. My pup gets diarrhea from those and doesn't like them as well (maybe he knows they'll give him diarrhea! Who knows!). I just want this company to send what is advertised because now I'm afraid to purchase more. I've had to throw the last 2 packs out and they are EXPENSIVE! I've been going with another brand, which aren't quite as good, but are at least as advertised!:(

They often get bored or sick of chewies so I change it up, but not these!I’ve ordered and gone through several bags and will continue to order them. Highly reccomend, only thing is like all dog chewies, pay attention for when the sticks get short/small and take it away to prevent choking. Unless you have a dog that eats the whole stick at one time!
No smell at all!
We tried odorless bully sticks before, every company we tried had some smell, maybe not strong smell, but some.This one is the second or third time we get it, the dogs love it and has 0 smell.Absolutely this is the best bully sticks.

one has to be careful to make sure the holder will keep them in place, if I purchased again, would try to buy thicker ones..
4th time trying to poet see if taken down again
My pup loved these, (not the stinky ones) as I buy them every couple of weeks I bought the 50 pk, ($119.99 without tax) they came in a very big bag full of air, the were dry, hard, my pup doesn't want them. I tried to have them reset me the actual bully sticks and take these back, down town pets, 1st try they wanted me to take 40% of what I paid, I sent pictures of what I had and explained the pictures on the back of the packaging had bully sticks (WE have gotten in the past & what I received was bully bites. Then they offered 60%, they do not help any of there customers "I will never purchase from them again" I hope no one orders from them when you all read this review!!! PACKAGING IS MISLEADING TOO DOG PARENTS!!!!
They don’t last like the bully sticks from the pet shop
These are great. My dog loves them but she’s a 9 lb papillon puppy and she ate 2 of them in one day. They do not last - they are not “hard” like other bully sticks. I will be using them as a distraction if I need her to be busy while I’m doing something. I’m disappointed as they are a wonderful product for a good price but are not really hard like the ones in the pet store.

We have been getting these for awhile now. My dog loves them when they send the right ones.
