I recently had a colonoscopy and wanted to restore my good gut flora. In the past, I used probiotics from different brands but none of them was effective.This one worked very effectively from the first dose. I will stick with this product from now on.

I have searched for many types of probiotics and finally found one that has helped me the most. I can tell if I skip a day. I have been using the product for several months now and the search is over, this is my new favorite, works the best. I will say that in the beginning there was a lot of bloating and if you skip a day or two the bloating will occur; therefore, I try not to forget. Great product, recommend giving it a try.

I am not regular (ever) and I mean like never! I typically would go maybe once or twice a week and I have been like that for as long as I could remember. I looked into this product and read the reviews which lead me to the purchase. I had recommended it to many people I know because I was shocked that I was regularly going to the bathroom daily! A good girlfriend of mine also purchased it after I raved to her about it and she is also astonished of how regular it made her! 10/10 recommend and you will never look back.
