This baking soda is the real baking soda, not synthetic. It has a very good quality. My issue with this recent order is that, per the description on Bolo's website, there are 4 bags in the box. I received my order with the box opened and only had 3 bags of baking soda inside, and not 4. It is a non-returnable item but Bolo refunded me after I contacted them regarding this incomplete order.
