It is what the picture shows. Seems very tough, filled with some sort of thick cream. It's very fun to play with, and you can make a bunch of silly faces with it.

I was pretty excited to get this funny little gag gift. But when I actually received it I was less then impressed. There are no eyes, the yellowing on the hair is only half there and is transferring to my skin. The smell and feel is almost as if it didn’t fully cure/dry.
