The oil-like serum feels lightweight and absorbs quickly, leaving my skin soft without any greasy residue. The 0.5% retinol is perfect for me as someone with some retinol experience—it’s strong enough to smooth out fine lines and even my skin tone but not so intense that it causes major irritation. The squalane is a game-changer, keeping my skin hydrated and preventing the dryness I’ve had with other retinols.I apply a few drops after my Paula’s Choice cleanser and a water-based serum, as recommended, and follow with a moisturizer like the Medicube Collagen Jelly Cream. I started slow, using it twice a week to avoid redness, and my skin’s adjusted well with no peeling. It’s definitely helped with texture—my forehead lines are less noticeable, and my skin looks brighter overall. The dropper makes it easy to control how much I use, and refrigerating it (as advised) keeps it fresh.My only small issue is the slight initial tingling, which fades fast, but if you’re new to retinol, start with their 0.2% version. Also, don’t skip sunscreen during the day—this stuff makes your skin sun-sensitive. For the price (around $9-$10), it’s an incredible value for such an effective anti-aging serum. I’ve been using this retinal oil for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. I was a little worried that incorporating a retinal product might dry out my skin, but this one is surprisingly moisturizing. It feels lightweight going on, but my skin stays soft and hydrated all day.I actually used to rely on a different face oil just to keep my skin from drying out, but this has completely replaced it in my routine. So I do like this retinol. It has the squalane in it which makes it feel very oily going on. It takes some time to sink in so be patient. I did have breakouts the next day. A pimple here, a pimple there so now i use it totally away from the t-zone and chin and only on the cheeks. I know that retinol makes you purge, but the breakouts were specific to areas on my face where oil cannot be used. Kind of like when you keep touching your chin and then BAM a pimple the next day. However, I do think it works well if you can get past that. But in all honesty, I wont be buying it again.

At first i wasn't so sure I liked this because it is kind of oily feeling when you apply it. However, it does absorb fairly quick. I typically apply it and then 15-30 min later I use my night cream. Sometimes I forget or skip the night cream, but never skip this product. After using it nightly for a while now I really like it. Idk if its the ingredients or the oil but it makes my skin feel nice in the morning.

Serum goes on easy but doesn’t seem to absorb well and I still have a greasy feeling in the morning. Also, it smells like old cheese. Not a great scent to breathe in while trying to sleep at night.

It feels too light on the skin for it to be actual retinolSadly I think its a dupe. Douglas sells this bottle for half the price!!!

Attention ça au frigo après ouverture je ne l’avais pas vu. J’ai la peau sèche et sensible et aucune réaction cutanée. J’ai commencé par une fois par semaine sur deux semaines puis pendant deux semaines tous les 4 jours et j’en suis à tous les 3 jours. Il faut du temps pour avoir des résultats (on dit 2 a 3 mois) mais en tout cas nickel. Je mets ce Retinol après ma brume aux céramiste et serum hyaluronique. Je mets ensuite la crème mixa bebe nourrissante aux ceramides: le Retinol aime le gras
