Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza is absolute chaos in the best way kind of way! Our whole family was laughing, yelling, and slapping the table like wild animals. It’s super easy to learn and impossible to play without cracking up. It starts simple you say a word, slap a card. But five minutes in, you're shrieking “NARWHAL!” while launching your body across the table like a caffeinated raccoon. Easy to learn, impossible to play quietly, and way more cardio than expected so you get an added bonus workout. 10/10 would slap again.

This game is so much fun for all ages. My youngest daughter started playing at age 5 and directions were simple enough for her to follow. We play this game often as a family. It is a quick game, so you can play even with a little amount of time. My favorite thing about this game is the simplicity of the rules, allowing us to all enjoy as a family. Some simple games are not always fun for adults, but this hits all ages. Warning- this is a not a quiet game! Lots of laughter involved!!!

My nephew was hesitant to play this based on the name. Thirteen year olds can be picky at times. We read the rules together and decided to play with just the two of us to see if we liked it. No, we didn't like it...WE LOVED IT!!! We laughed and beat our chest, and knocked on tables and tried to cheat. When my brother came home he joined us and we had a great time. The worst part was that my nephew won LOL. I highly recommend!

This game was a blast. There is almost no learning curve. We often forgot where we were in the taco cat goat cheese pizza sequence, but that did not prevent us from having fun, we just jumped back in whereever.For what looks like a very basic game it's decidedly well executed. The cards change color (e.g., not all cat cards are the same color) which keeps you on your toes, and the gorilla, narwhal, and groundhog cards add hilarity.We played with three generations from twelve- to seventy-years old, and all enjoyed it.Keep a deck in your car and pull it out anywhere, except maybe a library, you'll be laughing and knocking too loudly.

As an electronics reviewer, I don’t often dive into card games, but I picked up Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza after seeing it recommended for game nights, and it’s easily one of the most fun games I’ve played in 2020! The concept is simple: players take turns flipping cards while saying “Taco,” “Cat,” “Goat,” “Cheese,” or “Pizza” in order, but when the card matches the word (or a special card appears), everyone slaps the pile—the slowest player takes the cards. I played with a group of five friends, and we were in stitches within minutes—the fast pace and silly actions (like narwhal hand gestures for special cards) kept us on our toes. The deck is well-made, with cute illustrations that add to the charm, and it’s held up after multiple rounds of enthusiastic slapping. It’s easy to learn (took us about 2 minutes to start), making it perfect for all ages—I’d say 8 and up can handle it. My only minor critique is that games can end quickly (about 10 minutes), but that just means you’ll want to play again right away. Whether for family gatherings or casual hangouts, this game is a must-have for endless laughs!

Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza is an absolute blast! It's fast-paced, silly, and perfect for all ages. The rules are super easy to learn—you'll be slapping the deck and shouting nonsense in minutes. It gets wild fast, especially when someone messes up and causes a chain reaction of laughter.We played with a mix of adults and kids, and everyone was in tears from laughing. Just be warned: reflexes matter, so if you're competitive, prepare for some friendly (or not-so-friendly) hand smacks!It’s great for parties, game nights, or breaking the ice with new friends. Small enough to take anywhere, too. Highly recommend for anyone who loves quick, energetic games with a side of ridiculousness.

My wife and I bought this as a quick and fun game to play with our kids and friends. It did not disappoint!— What comes in the box: This game is literally a standard size deck of cards with different game images printed on them. The images consist of a “taco”, a “cat”, a “goat”, a piece of “cheese”, a piece of “pizza”, a “groundhog”, a “narwhal” and a “gorilla”. You also get a set of instructions for how to play the game, although I highly recommend watching a video online of how to play. Not because the game is difficult, because you will see just how much fun you will have.— Packaging: The packaging is a well made cardboard box with a magnetic “flip edge”. The box is small enough that you could pack it easily in a purse or small bag to take anywhere.— Card Quality: as previously mentioned, the cards are standard playing card size. The images printed on them are large, bright and colorful, which lends to the playability of the game. We have played the game several times and have not had any issues with the cards bending, becoming “dog-eared” or fading. The cards have a nice finish and could be wiped easily with a slightly damp cloth followed by a dry one, but you still need to be careful with them around liquids as the game gets quite animated ;) Overall, the cards seem durable and you can likely expect these cards to wear as you would a quality set of standard playing cards.— Playability: The game makers say this game is for ages 8+ and for a minimum of 2 players up to 8 players. I am quite confident that a 5 year old could easily play this game given the opportunity. It would likely be tough to play with more than 8 players due to space constraints and people’s ability to reach across the table, but if you needed to play with more than 8, I guess you could just buy a second set of cards.— How to play: I won’t go in to great detail here (watch a video, remember?) The name of the game is to get rid of all of your cards first. This game essentially involves players playing cards in succession and saying a word (either “taco”, “cat”, “goat”, “cheese” or “pizza”) and if the card laid by the player matches the word said by the player, all players have to slap their hands on top of the discard pile deck. The last one to get their hands down has to take all cards from the discard pile and add to their own pile of cards. There are other action cards as well, which is where more fun comes in, but again, watch a video.— Game hint: This game involves a lot of slapping on top of other peoples hands. We purchased a half dozen cheap oven mitts from our local Dollarama store, which helps when playing with younger kids or rambunctious adults :) it also looks and feels completely ridiculous, which again adds to the fun. Not a requirement, but an option.— Conclusion: If you are looking for a super fun and fast paced game to play with friends/family look no further. We literally cry with laughter every time we play this and it works well with both kids and adults. Dare I say, with the adults and a few adult beverages, it is even more fun.Get this game, you will not regret it!!!
