I bought this product in December to carry around a few books for my RPG sessions that meet once per week. The backpack had maybe 3 books in it plus some notebooks, pens, and papers. I only used it once per week (the one day I went to the store to play my games) so its not like I used it a lot. Yesterday, I got to the store and took the bag out of my car, slung it over my shoulder and heard a huge ripping sound. I took the bag off my shoulder to see what happened and the bag had torn apart at the shoulder strap, leaving an opening in the bag near the top. Thankfully it wasn't raining so my books wouldn't get wet, but this bag is now useless and it can't go on my shoulder and has a huge hole in it near the top so any rain would get in and ruin the stuff inside. I've had backpacks I bought for $5-10 before last YEARS (I still have one from when I was in college 15 years ago)...this bag is absolutely not worth the purchase. Buy a different one or you'll be looking for a new backpack not long afterwards.

The size and color are great and it was cheap, however, the smell is awful! I have put three sets of dryer sheets in, sprayed with heavy duty febreeze twice and weeks later, it still smells awful. Not sure what its made out of? Get what you pay for!

I bought this because my cats love to sleep on my backpack and I wanted to give them a less expensive pet bed. Instead I used it myself because I was going on a trip and didn't want to take the time to clean the cat hair off mine. It worked great. I've taken it on two additional trips that were both two weeks long. It's starting to wear around the tops of the straps on the inside and the inside is tearing. I've put it through quite a bit of wear over the last year. I wouldn't recommend for school books or heavy items. But for the price, I got more than I was expecting.

Good size, poor quality
The bag is the perfect size for a carry on, however, the stitching is weak and may fall apart once filled with heavy items. The price is good.
