I have arthritis in my hands and I can't manage a strainer in one hand and a pot or skillet in the other without a dropping the pot or burning myself. I use it for heavy pasta and browned meat and the clips hold very securely. The lip is deep enough into the pan to make a firm seal and the edge is high enough that I don't lose any stuff over the top. No more steam burns on my hands from holding to close to the strainer or in my face as I peer over the pot to see if all the water is out. I hand wash, but the strainer is sturdy enough to throw in the dishwasher.

Absolutely love this strainer! It clips on to any pot and I can easily strain water out.If you have a lot of pasta, or if you’re using small pasta, it could fall out of the holes or go around the edges of the strainer, but I just keep an eye on it, and it’s been great so far. It’s easy to use and easy to clean (dishwasher or hand wash) and has saves so much space. Very very glad I bought it.

This strainer is great. A clip on each side secures the strainer to the side of the pot ensuring it stays on when draining the food. The design makes this strainer easy to use and clean.

I wasn’t sure how much I’d actually use this, but now I can’t imagine cooking without it! The AUOON clip-on silicone strainer fits securely on all my pots and pans, even the smaller ones, and it makes draining pasta, vegetables, or anything else so much easier and safer than using a big colander.It’s made of sturdy silicone, easy to clean, and takes up almost no storage space. I guess if you’re short on space this item is worth buying. Otherwise, I would prefer a regular strainer, which I should have bought..My major complaint is, you have to be careful attaching it to your pot, or otherwise some of your food may escape and not be strained. And, depending on the pot, it can be a little awkward to use, especially for those with wrist pain, rather than simply dumping your food into a standalone strainer.It works, you just need to be careful.

I've been using this pretty frequently to strain veggies and pasta. I have 4 different pot sizes, and it works perfectly regardless of their size. I haven't had issues with the strainer falling off, the clips are pretty sturdy. Cleaning the strainer is just as quick as using it.

I love this product! It’s so much smaller and easier than using a strainer. And takes up less room in the dishwasher. It’s my new favourite kitchen tool :)The only thing I will mention is that it gets discoloured in the dishwasher, and this might bother some ppl. I bought the black one and it gets a white residue on it from the washer. Although it is easy enough to wipe off.I would def recommend this clip-on strainer! What a cheap solution to small kitchen woes :)

Very helpful especially to fit on pots with a thinner rim

This is a handy little tool in the kitchen. I really like it that it is not bulky and it does its job well. It fits very well on pots with a thinner rim but it is very difficult to fit the clip-like-part on pots with a thicker outer rim. If the manufacturer considers making the clip-like-part to be more expandable, it would be perfect!

It fits all of my pots!! It's very flexible, sturdy, and easy to use. I like it a lot and would definitely recommend!!
