Such a great product for the price!! Use it to make my drinks and to make matcha baked goods!! Worth every penny!! Mixed well, so it’s drinkable doesn’t have a crapper fake sugar taste because it’s organic!!! Ad it stays fresh in the can it was sent in!! Win win!!

This Matcha is a great value. It has good flavor and texture. I like to drink my matcha in tea form so just water and the matcha powder with maybe some honey. I found this is not bitter and doesn’t clump as long as I put the powder in the cup before the water. I use a fork an stir it really well. If you haven’t tried Matcha I highly recommend as it’s so easy and fast to make! I love that it gives me long lasting energy without the crash. I also find it to be more effective than coffee at waking my up! Photo shows it made as tea with some vanilla creamer in it.

Remember: This is "culinary grade" matcha. It is not as good as "ceremonial grade" matcha. On the other hand, it is much, much less expensive. Also, keep in mind that this particular tea is grown and processed in China; so make sure you are comfortable with that before you order.Compared to other culinary-grade matcha that I've tried, this is excellent tea. On the other hand, if your prior matcha experience has been with ceremonial-grade, you will likely be disappointed in this product in every aspect other than its price. As for me, I'm happy to drink this tea on a daily basis. I do keep the more expensive ceremonial-grade tea in the pantry for special occasions, but this product is what I usually reach for when I want a cup of matcha.

If I can give this zero stars or negative stars I would!!!This is probably the worst product I have ever purchased on Bolo!I spent about 30 minutes on Bolo looking at reviews looking at products comparing product optionsSearching for a different Matcha brand and decided to take a chance on this one because it offers way more for the price so I was excited to try itHowever, once I receive this product, I attempted to make a Matcha latte, which is the reason why I purchased it.. The product was so bad. I quite literally could not even force myself to drink it.I even tried to remake my drink two different times!!!And I still couldn’t drink it no matter which way I try to make it or how I try to make it better. The Matcha was just that bad.This is not Matcha THIS IS DIRT in a bucket!!!!If you love Matcha and you know what Matcha taste like please do not even waste your time on purchasing this product stick to the high-quality MatchaAnd that’s not even the worst part!!!The worst part is after I figured out there’s no way to make this much of work because I obviously wanted to make it workI attempted to process a refund so I can return it the very next day after I got it and tried itBut when I went onto my Bolo account to try to process the refund so that I can return it and get my moneyI was told this item is not returnable!!So now I’m stuck with a disgusting batch of mozzarella powder that I have no choice, but to throw away because I can’t even force to use it. Excellent quality matcha for the price, really not much else to say other than very good value for the price and tastes fine for lattes hot or cold. You get a lot of matcha at a fraction of the price of the ceremonial grade stuff, but for just everyday drinks the quality is more than serviceable.
