I have been baseline high strung and anxious and decided to try Ashwaghanda to deactivate my sympathetic nervous system and help me be less stressed. It really worked for me! Within a few days I no longer felt that constant fight or flight readiness in my whole body, but had a calmer and clearer mind with which to focus. Improved my sleep too.

Before using this product, my bloodwork indicated that my cortisol levels were higher than normal. I was recommended this natural solution to help lower those levels. Six months later, I had my bloodwork done again, and my cortisol levels had returned to the normal range. I believe that is strong evidence of its effectiveness. I did not experience any side effects, and the quality of the product and packaging was also impressive.

I’ve really liked using this. My favorite brand too, it does the best job of just keeping my stress levels down and able to focus. I can always tell if I need to start taking it again.
