Bought my Bronco used. Came with one horribly repaired chip and a fresh unrepaired chip. Since windshield chips are part of the Bronco lifestyle, I bought this kit. I read the directions, watched the videos, and took my time on it. My repair looks way better than the other existing repair. I don't think I could find my repair if I didn't know where it was. I'm told you can't re-repair a botched repair if the resin is already cured, so take your time. I personally did the resin suck/squeeze maneuver a couple of extra times to make sure I had all the air out and the crack filled. The hardest part was getting the nozzle properly positioned over the main external defect since the chip was towards the middle of the windshield on a lifted truck. Overall, it was quick and easy for a first timer, not to mention rewarding. I got me a new skill. Old dogs can learn new tricks! :)

Pretty happy with this kit. Worked well for my non business needs. I live on a dirt road, got sick of buying the onetime use kits.

Great product that comes with everything you need and extras, it’s really a great deal figuring a lot of other sets are 200+ for less stuff. Bridge set works great, I’m not used to seeing the big white seals though, I used to do auto glass in high school for a job and am used to just seeing O rings on the bridge set. That said I had a bullseye/star mix rock chip that was a really nasty one but got it fully sealed.

Real person, real review. I bought this to take care of rock chips as our insurance does not cover free repair in my state. I don't do this for a side job and just want to be able to fix chips and cracks myself to save the hassle of calling someone when insurance did cover it or using the cheap OTC kids with mixed results. I've been buying the rainx kits as needed but they were hit and miss for me. Received this kit yesterday and fully sealed up a big star chip I had completely. I don't normally take time to write reviews unless something is very good or bad. If you live in a state that throws gravel down and don't mind fixing things yourself, this works very well.

This was my first time doing my own windshield repair. I watched the video on the company's website and was able to follow along as I made my own repair. The bridge has strong suction and seems very sturdy, unlike the single use kits with plastic bridges. The resin cured in seconds with the included UV light and and repair looks very clear. I also really like how many replacement seals and o-rings this kit comes with, it will be good for many repairs.There was a small pit left after the repair but after asking the seller a question about it I found out that is normal and expected. The resin significantly improves the appearance of the chip and keeps it from spreading but the glass will not look like new. I'm sure with practice my repairs will look even better.
