This voltage converter worked great for all the members of my family using blow dryers, curling irons and my charger for my iPhone and kindle. This item made things so much easier in both London and Paris. This is a must pack for any trips from now on.

We recently traveled from the United States to London and Amsterdam and this worked great for both countries. It comes with more attachments for other countries and it was a great investment for future travel!

Took this to Italy and it worked great. Loved the multiplug options as outlets were limited. It even allowed for me to share with friends for extra phoNe chargers/ USB. Used for my phone and curling iron.

This thing is a worthless piece of crap. Doesn’t work at all. Bought specifically because it said it would protect hair dryers and other hair products in places with 240V systems outside the U.S. Came with adapters for different outlets and the power converter. Said it would protect 115V appliances in 240V systems. Even has “specific” plug for hairdryers. Very first use on trip to St. Lucia and hair dryer motor on a very expensive styling system my wife has burns out immediately. Converter is useless. Submit a complaint and request compensation and they say “Oh it doesn’t cover THAT model. What does it cover? Does it cover “anything” that’s 115V on a 240V system. Good job backing up your crap products.Do yourself a favor and Never, Never buy this garbage unit.Would give it a negative 100, if possible. Never saw such terrible customer support for an obviously poor product.

**ProsIf you drop it it doesn't break.If it's carrying a load it has a fan.It will indeed run hair dryers and high power hair straightening accessories on the special outlet.USB charging ports are very handy.**ConsIf you're traveling in Europe you definitely need an extension cord, because there are no hair dryer outlets in bathrooms. The cord on this device is too short, it's made of a stiff plastic, the adapters are fiddly, and it easily slips out of the box while you're using it.While it is correctly labeled, the print is very small.Being short of other outlets, we plugged our laptop adapters into the 200 watt outlets. My Lenovo PC adapter worked fine in the 200w outlets, but my wife's MacBook adapter did not. So I had to go out and buy another basic adapter while on the trip.The USB ports do not offer quick charging.**RecommendationsI think this is worth having, it does what it says and the full size outlets are nice.- Get yourself a regular multi-country adapter, and a decent desktop PC / monitor cord to replace the cord and adapters that came with the unit. You are very likely going to find that you can't get your hair dryer anywhere near a mirror and some hotels, and a 68" cord helps a lot.- Make certain that you're not bringing an electronically-controlled hair accessory with you as the warnings are correct. We had two devices without electronics, but my wife had one hair iron that had a digital display and it stopped working after being plugged in. That's our fault, I'm just giving you a warning.- If you're going to have more than a couple of items to plug in, you're still going to want another multi-country adapter. The ones with all the levers look pretty silly, but they are easy to pack.

I was concerned with my hair styling tools and traveling to Europe this summer. I purchased this converter and it worked perfectly in all the European countries we visited. It has a separate outlet for your hair dryer only. I did have to purchase a curling iron that was not digital because the product states not to use digital hair appliances with this converter. Both myself and my daughter used this multiple times without any problems. A life saver!

If you travel outside the US, or you go on cruises, this is the first, last and only converter you'll need. 1) it has every adapter you'll need. 2) it's well designed and well made. 3) it doesn't overheat 4) it has two plugs on the top and 3 USBs on the side, which gives you plenty of capacity for cellphones and other electronics. 5) it's not technically a surge protector so cruise line security won't confiscate it.I've used it for a couple of weeks, in Italy and on cruise ships, it's worked perfectly.

Excellent universal power adapter
Excellent! I bought this last minute before vacation to France/Italy. A bit expensive but it worked like a charm. Has a variety of outlets for computer/phone/iPad, & small appliances. It’s well designed and is of high build quality. The plug adapters fit snuggly and are precisely made. The extension cord proved to be very useful as European power outlets are often irregularly installed - sometimes in hard to access, inconvenient places. The cord allowed for easy and flexible wall connections that enhanced the usability of the adapter. It comes with a bag to hold all the bits. It might be too bulky for some (minimalists), but i found it light and easy to pack in my carry-on/luggage. It’s easy to recommend this to others.

Worked Great
Great quality, just back from vacation in Cuba and they both worked great, charged my phone and tablet quickly and no problems with a curling iron. It is pricy but you get what you pay for.Some have commented on the fan being noisey, we didn't have that problem with either of the 2 I bought.
