My partner went this route and got their test results much quicker than I did. This test took 2 weeks from registration to results - I didn't want to have to contact customer service, but it only took about 2 days and 2 replies to fix that part. YMMV

Feels so good to know for sure! I've never had anything before and had no signs of anything but have been dating for awhile and there are some things you can get and not know about. I got the full test and even though it costs more than if I went to my doctor, I avoided losing my time and pay if I missed work, gas, and general dislike and anxiety of going to doctors. Had results 5 total days after dropping it in the mail. Ordered the kit Wednesday afternoon; received it, took it and mailed it after work the next day; had my results late Tuesday night 5 days later. It was quick and easy and they have plenty of instruction videos on their website. All tests negative and it just feels good to know and not just assume I'm ok, plus it's motivating to make sure I stay clean and safe.

I ordered one of these test and the first time I sent it and they told me I didn’t give them enough blood on the card. So they sent me a second test to redo free of charge. I completed this test and sent it in - six days later it came back and told me I was “presumptive positive for HIV“. In a panic I went to get bloodwork done at a local clinic. For 2 days I locked myself in my room worried to death until my blood work came back all clear, no HIV. I will never order one of these again as this was worse single handedly the most stressful and scary things I have ever experienced. Dont waste your $$ on this inaccurate junk. Just go to a clinic.

The process worked out fine for me. When i mailed it it got lost in the mail and went all over the United States before it was delivered. Took 2and half weeks to get resultsOther than that I’d buy again

I took this test. It was a little intense with the finger jabbing that is required. Definitely not a fun experience to take one of these tests.With my test, I got the result back quickly and they all came back negative. But then I got a call from their customer service, weeks after my results came in, saying that their tests are ineffective for my batch number of test kits. Basically they could only guarantee the two of the STD test result and the others weren’t guaranteed. They refunded my kit, but still, what a waste of time and effort! I’d suggest purchasing another kit. I’m getting scammy vibes from this company. It’s possible they’re only setup to test for a couple of STDs and are doing this as a marketing ploy to get more sales. I’d be curious to see how widespread this issue is.
