Lost 8 pounds in one week. Take only 1 pill 1 hour after breakfast. May feel jittery and a lot of energy, drink lots of water. Don’t take in the afternoon, because you might not sleep at night. Gives you a lot of energy. No desire to eat, works like the drug Phentermine / Apidex. To be healthy though, you got to force yourself to eat good, nutritional foods.

I read the reviews then decided to purchase because a lot of people mentioned that this pill suppressed their appetite. Well, if any effect it had for me it increased my appetite. I did not see any of the side effects that people mentioned such as nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, palpitations, insomnia, etc. I wanted to give it a good time to try and now unfortunately the return period is closed. Definitely not worth the price.
